AGM - 2024

Our u3a AGM this year is on Thursday, May 23rd, at 2.0.pm in Pocklington Methodist Church on Chapmangate. As well as a summary of our activities and plans, we'll be offering tea and biscuits, and the business of the meeting will be followed by a talk by Louise Partridge, from Pocklington Rugby in the Community. RITC have been a real friend to the u3a in several ways, and organise many volunteer events and initiatives in the town, including the Pockdown Festival in the summer. We feel sure her talk will be interesting and entertaining, and we hope you will come and meet her.

(Before then you will receive, by e-mail or through the post if you're not an e-mail person, the statutory documentation for the meeting - the minutes of last year's AGM, the agenda for the 23rd, and a form for nominations. Sending these to all members is a constitutional requirement.)
