Fitness Class For U3A

Do you think you should really get more exercise?  It helps to keep you out of the Doctor’s surgery and this course is particularly suitable for our age group (and those with dodgy knees, hips, & shoulders all respected).  Sessions are held at the Francis Scaife Sports Centre on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9.15am.   One session has to book in advance and a maximum of 16 people can attend.  Francis Scaife Members can book two days in advance, everyone else one day; either on-line or by telephone

This is an ‘Open Group’ – there is no need to be a member of the group specifically so why not come along and give it a try?
