Data Protection

Our U3A has taken steps to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and works hard to protect U3A members and their personal data.

U3A Members sending emails to groups within their circulation are requested to ensure that all their email communications are sent 'bcc' which means addressing email messages as 'Blind Carbon Copy' so that each individual recipient's email address is protected.

For further clarity re this or for brief 'how to do' guidance please contact the Webmaster (Chris Smith) or email secretarypockdu3a@gmail.com
